Gibson GA-5 Crest preset

Close · 78/100 confidence. Most values readable. Minor gaps filled by inference from similar circuits.

The GA-5 Crest is a small 1960s Gibson amp with a single channel, two inputs and one volume control, with no tone control. Both halves of a 6EU7 provide the gain, a 6C4 split-load inverter drives a cathode-biased push-pull pair of 6AQ5 output tubes, and a 6X4 rectifier supplies the power, making a few watts into a single speaker. Push-pull rather than single-ended output sets it apart from most student amps.
