Gibson GA-8T Discoverer preset
Verified · 86/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The GA-8T Discoverer is a small single-channel Gibson combo with two inputs, volume and tone controls, and tremolo with depth, frequency and a footswitch. Both halves of a 12AX7 provide the gain; the triode of one 6BM8 works as a split-load phase inverter and the triode of the other runs the tremolo oscillator, while the two pentode sections form a cathode-biased push-pull output stage on a 5Y3 rectifier.
