The Medalist 4/10 is a late-1960s Gibson amp built as separate preamp and power chassis; its preamp drawing is dated April 1968. Normal and Reverb channels each have two inputs, a presence switch and volume, treble, midrange and bass controls. 6EU7s handle the channel gain stages, a 12AU7A drives the spring reverb, and a 6EU7 oscillator runs a photocell tremolo with depth and speed; reverb and tremolo are both on a foot pedal.
