The Mercury I and II are 1960s two-channel Gibson combos sharing one chassis, with volume, bass, mid-tone and treble on each channel. A 6EU7 oscillator and 6C4 lamp driver run a photocell (LDR) tremolo with frequency, depth and a foot pedal. A 6FQ7 long-tail inverter drives a fixed-bias push-pull pair of 6L6GC tubes on a solid-state rectifier; the Mercury I has two 12-inch speakers, the Mercury II a 15-inch and a 10-inch.
