Gretsch 6162 - Channel 1 preset
Verified · 88/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The Gretsch G6162 is a Valco-built combo with two channels, two inputs each, each with its own volume and a multi-pot tone circuit. One channel carries a 12AX7-driven spring reverb with a level control and footswitch, and a 12AX7 tremolo has speed and intensity with a footswitch. A 12AX7 long-tail phase inverter drives a cathode-biased push-pull pair of 6973 output tubes on a 5U4 rectifier, into two 10-inch speakers.
