Gretsch 6151 preset
Verified · 88/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The Gretsch G6151 is a Valco-built student combo with Regular and Treble inputs feeding both halves of a 12AX7, followed by tone and volume controls. A single-ended, cathode-biased 6V6GT drives one speaker, and a 5Y3GT rectifier supplies the power, for a few watts. A second 12AX7 runs a phase-shift tremolo that modulates the first stage, with a speed control, an on/off switch on the speed pot, and a footswitch jack.
