Guild 200-S - Channel 1 preset

Verified · 90/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

Guild's 200-S stereo amp dates from about 1963. Two channels, two inputs each plus Monaural and Stereo inputs with an input switch, each have a 12AX7A gain stage with their own volume, bass and treble. Each side has its own 12AX7A long-tail inverter driving a fixed-bias push-pull pair of EL34s into its own output transformer. A shared 12AX7A tremolo has speed and strength, a side selector and footswitch; the stock amp used a valve rectifier.
