The Type F is a Hammond organ power amplifier used in the A-20, A-40, B-40, C-40, D-20, DR-20, G and DX-20 tone cabinets. A pair of 56 triodes drives four 2A3 triodes in push-pull parallel, rectified by a 5U4G or 5Z3 and feeding field-coil speakers. It is an all-triode design prized by tinkerers for its warm, early-American power-amp character.

Schematic-derived preset files for the Neural DSP Quad Cortex and 16 Fractal and Line 6 modelers: Axe-Fx II/XL/XL+, Axe-Fx III, FM3, FM9, and the full Helix family (Floor, LT, Rack, HX Stomp, HX Stomp XL, Native).
Gridleak extracts amp parameters from original circuit schematics using AI vision — component values, gain staging, tone stack topology, tube types — then generates native preset files for every supported modeler. Every extraction is scored 0–100 and the score is published.
