The AA-100 is a Heathkit stereo integrated tube amplifier kit — a hi-fi amplifier, not a guitar amp. EF86 and 12AX7 preamp stages feed a 7199 driver and split-load inverter per side, each driving a push-pull pair of 7591s for about 25 watts per side, with a GZ34 rectifier. The 7591 output tubes give it a clean, powerful full-range sound.
