HH Scott 299B preset

Verified · 90/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

The H.H. Scott 299B is a stereo tube integrated hi-fi amplifier, not a guitar amp, with two identical sides. Each has a 12AX7 phono preamp, a 12AX7 tone stage with bass, treble, loudness-volume and scratch and rumble filters, and an ECF80 (6BL8) amplifier and phase inverter driving a push-pull pair of 7189 (EL84-type) tubes with balance and bias adjustments. A GZ34 rectifier, tape monitor and centre-channel output complete it.
