Hiwatt L100R / L50R - Lead preset

The Hiwatt L100R and L50R are late-1980s 100-watt and 50-watt heads with spring reverb, sharing one preamp design. A single input feeds cascaded triode stages with their own tone and volume, plus a second gain path with diode clipping and its own tone controls, selected by relay and footswitch. Footswitchable reverb, an effects loop and a long-tailed-pair inverter with feedback complete the preamp sheet; the output stage is not drawn.
