The Hiwatt L100R is the preamplifier section from the 100-watt DR103 circuit, made available as a standalone unit for integration into larger PA or studio rigs. It provides the full Hiwatt preamplifier topology — high and low sensitivity inputs, normal and bright channels, and the company's characteristically wide-ranging EQ — without a power stage, allowing it to be paired with any compatible power amplifier.
