The Hohner Kingstar 20 is an all-tube German combo from the early 1970s with two channels: one with bass and treble controls, the other with a phase-shift modulation effect Hohner called vibrato. It adds a Hall reverb section, and a cathodyne phase inverter drives two cathode-biased EL84s from an EZ81 tube rectifier for about 20 watts. It has a warm, chimey EL84 character with a soft, compressed breakup.
