Jim Kelley FACS - Channel 2 preset

Verified · 85/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

The FACS (Foot Activated Channel Switching) is Jim Kelley's channel-switching tube head from Tustin, California, built in the early 1980s. Channel 1 runs on a 12AX7A and Channel 2 on a 12AT7, each with volume, bright and mid-boost switches, bass and treble. Each channel has its own reverb, and four 6V6GTAs at about 485 volts give 60 watts, or 30 with two tubes switched out, plus a footswitchable power attenuator.
