Kay 515 - Channel 1 preset
Verified · 90/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The Kay 515 is a two-channel tube combo. Each channel has two inputs, its own volume and tone and its own 12AX7 with paralleled triodes, mixing into a 12AX7 phase inverter that drives two cathode-biased 6V6s on a 5Y3 rectifier, for about 15 watts. A fourth 12AX7 runs a tremolo oscillator with a footswitch jack. There is a standby switch, ground-reversing switch and extra speaker jack. Warm and clean, breaking up at high volume.
