The Laney Nexus Tube (NXT) is a high-power all-valve bass head from Laney's late-2000s Nexus range, the valve counterpart to the solid-state Nexus models. Eight KT88s run in push-pull on about 600 volts, driven by an ECC83 long-tailed-pair phase inverter with presence and deep controls and a 12AU7 driver stage. Each output valve has its own fuse and a status LED for warm-up, signal and faults, with one bias adjustment.
