This is the amplifier from the Leslie 22H and 22R rotating-speaker cabinets, an organ speaker amp rather than a guitar amp. A balanced input from the console feeds a 12AU7 push-pull driver into a pair of 6550s (KT88s in some units) with an OC3 regulator, and half of a second 12AU7 runs the rotor-speed relay. Early units use a 5U4GB rectifier, later ones solid-state. Guitarists also play through Leslies for the rotary sound.
