The Lesmann 500-P is a 1966 amplifier from the Lesmann Corporation of West Allis, Wisconsin, built to accompany its Accordio-Organ, an accordion with electronic organ voices. It is not a guitar amp. Two inputs have their own volume and tone, plus an organ pedal control. Four 7025s and a 12AU7 inverter drive two 6L6s from a 5U4 rectifier, with a tremolo/relay section, making it a common candidate for guitar conversion.
