The Madamp A15 MkI is a 15-watt, two-channel valve amp sold as a DIY kit by the German kit maker Madamp, with an 'American' preamp on three ECC83s. The clean channel, voiced after the 1960s brownface sound, has treble, bass, a Fat switch and Volume. The high-gain channel adds cascaded stages with Gain, a two-position Boost and its own treble, bass, mid and Volume. The later Mk2 revised the clean tone stack and layout.
