Magnatone 260-A - Channel 2 preset

Verified · 87/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

The Magnatone 260-A is one of the larger combos in Magnatone's late-1950s line, built around the company's true pitch vibrato. Two channels, each with A and B inputs on a 12AX7 triode and their own Treble, Bass and Volume, plus a Normal/Bright switch, mix into further 12AX7 stages. Two 6CG7 varistor stages shift the pitch, driven by a 12AX7 oscillator with Rate and Intensity, and a pair of 5881s on a 5U4GB drives the speaker.
