Magnatone 280 - Vibrato preset
Verified · 90/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The Magnatone 280 is the original version of Magnatone's stereo vibrato flagship, built by Magna Electronics in Inglewood, California. Its varistor-bridge vibrato shifts pitch rather than just volume, and it can be run in stereo through two separate push-pull pairs of 6CZ5s with their own output transformers. That true pitch vibrato is the reason players seek out the 280.
