The Magnatone 460 is an Estey-era professional combo built around Magnatone's patented varistor pitch vibrato. Two channels, each with high- and low-gain inputs on a 6EU7 triode and their own Treble, Bass and Volume, plus Mellow and Bright switches and a stereo input, mix into 12AX7 stages. Two 6CG7 varistor stages and a 12AX7 oscillator give the vibrato, a 6DR7 drives spring reverb, and a pair of 6L6GCs on a 5U4GB drives two speakers.
