Marshall Super Lead 1959 (1968) - Normal preset
Verified · 86/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The 1968 Marshall Super Lead 1959 is the classic plexi-era 100-watt head: Normal and High Treble channels (two inputs each) share a V1 ECC83, followed by a gain stage and cathode follower into a treble/bass/middle stack, a long-tailed-pair phase inverter with presence, and four EL34s on a solid-state rectifier. There is no master volume, so it gets its famous crunch by being turned up loud. It defined the late-1960s hard rock sound.
