Marshall JMP 1987 Lead 50 (1968) - High Treble preset
Verified · 86/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
This 1968 Model 1987 is the 50-watt plexi-panel Lead head, the two-valve-output counterpart of the 100-watt 1959 Super Lead. Four inputs into two ECC83 channels, each with its own volume, mix into a second ECC83 gain stage and cathode follower driving Treble/Middle/Bass, with a long-tail ECC83 inverter and Presence. No master volume; silicon diodes and a 20H choke supply the HT, for a looser, earlier breakup than the 100-watt head.
