The Marshall 1917 is a 20-watt valve PA amplifier from Marshall's small-box 20 W range of the late 1960s, sharing its circuit with the 2019 Bass and 2022 Lead. Two input pairs feed the two halves of one ECC83, each with its own volume and tone control, mixed into an ECC83 phase inverter driving two cathode-biased EL84s off a silicon-diode supply into 4, 8 or 16 ohms. There is no master volume or presence.
