Marshall JCM2000 DSL401 - Classic Gain preset

Verified · 88/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

The JCM2000 DSL401 is a 40-watt all-valve 1x12 combo from 1998 with Clean and Lead channels, each with its own gain and volume, plus a shared Treble, Middle and Bass. Three ECC83s and JFET switching make up the preamp, with a footswitchable Lead boost, spring reverb and an effects loop. A fourth ECC83 phase inverter drives four EL84s in push-pull, giving a brighter, more compressed voice than the EL34 DSL heads.
