The 8280 Valvestate Stereo Chorus is a 2x80-watt stereo hybrid combo from 1993. A FET input stage and op-amp preamp, with one ECC83 valve gain stage, feed footswitchable clean and overdrive voices with a Clean/Crunch switch, spring reverb and an effects loop. An MN3007/MN3101 bucket-brigade chorus with speed and depth, switchable by footswitch, spreads the signal across two discrete transistor power amps, with stereo line outputs.
