The Haze MHZ40C is a 40-watt all-valve 1×12 combo from Marshall's late-2000s Haze series. The first ECC83 triode feeds a Normal channel with its own volume and voicing switches; for the Overdrive channel a relay-switched JFET brings in a cascaded stage with an Overdrive Gain control. A cathode follower drives a Treble, Middle and Bass stack and an Overdrive Master, then an ECC83 long-tail phase inverter and a fixed-bias pair of EL34s.
