Masco MAP-105 preset
Verified · 88/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The MAP-105 is a small valve amplifier built into a 1947 Masco (Mark Simpson Manufacturing Co., New York) phonograph. Its two inputs feed both triodes of a single 7F7 as two cascaded gain stages, with one volume control and no tone control. A single-ended, cathode-biased 6V6GT drives the built-in speaker, and a 6X5GT rectifies the supply. With only three valves it is a simple, low-power circuit that hobbyists sometimes convert for guitar.
