The Masco MAP-105N is a revised version of the MAP-105, updated with negative feedback adjustments for improved stability and lower distortion in commercial applications. The N-suffix changes refined the amplifier's frequency response and noise characteristics without altering the basic circuit topology. These modifications make the 105N slightly cleaner in its upper midrange than the original MAP-105.
