The McIntosh MA2275 is a stereo valve integrated amplifier rated at 75 watts per channel into 2, 4 or 8 ohms. Four 12AX7As handle the phono and line-level preamp circuitry. In each power channel an op-amp input stage feeds a 12AT7 differential driver, and transistor followers drive a fixed-bias push-pull pair of KT88/6550s into a McIntosh Unity Coupled output transformer, with overall feedback. Left and right channels are identical.
