The Blue Angel is a single-channel Mesa/Boogie amp built from 1994 to 2003, with no footswitching: one volume, treble, mid and bass with Bright and Fat switches, spring reverb and a parallel effects loop. Its Progressive Linkage power section runs two 6V6s for 15 watts of Fender-style warmth, four EL84s for a brighter 33 watts, or all six together for 38 watts, all in Class A with a 5AR4 rectifier.
