The Lone Star is a two-channel Mesa/Boogie voiced for rich cleans and vintage-style drive rather than high gain. Channel 1 is a clean channel; channel 2 adds a cascaded Drive mode with a Thick/Normal/Thicker voicing switch, and each has its own gain, EQ, presence, reverb and master. Four 6L6s (or EL34s) with a 5U4 valve or diode rectifier give 100 watts, or 50, and later amps add a 10-watt single-ended Class A setting.
