Verified · 83/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The Quad Preamp is Mesa/Boogie's all-valve rack preamp from the late 1980s, built as two Mark-style preamps side by side. Each channel has Volume 1, treble, bass and middle with bright and shift switches, a cascaded lead circuit with its own Lead Drive and Lead Master, and a Master, giving four sounds (Rhythm 1, Lead 1, Rhythm 2, Lead 2). Two five-band graphic EQs, a two-tank spring reverb and main outputs A and B complete it.
