Music Man RD 65 / RD 100 (GD-2A) - Clean preset

Verified · 92/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

The GD-2A is a 1980 revision of the chassis inside Music Man's RD (Reverb/Distortion) amps, drawn for 65- and 100-watt versions. An all-op-amp preamp with Hi and Lo inputs, Bright and Deep switches and Treble, Bass and Mid feeds a footswitchable distortion path with its own Gain and Volume beside the clean Volume. Spring reverb, two line outputs and transistor drivers feed a pair of 6L6GC output tubes with a 4/8-ohm switch.
