National 1215 - Mic preset

Verified · 90/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

The National Model 1215, listed in National's 1949 catalog as the Professional, was a top-of-the-line Valco-built amp with microphone and instrument channels. A microphone input and three instrument inputs each feed their own 6SJ7 pentode stage and volume. The channels mix into a 6SN7 gain stage and a 6SL7 tone section with treble and bass, then a 6SN7 phase inverter driving two 6L6Gs from a 5U4G rectifier.
