The Little Bear EL84 is a 2004 one-off guitar amp converted from the amplifier of a Revere reel-to-reel tape recorder. A single input feeds both halves of a 12AY7 as cascaded gain stages, with Tone and Volume controls between them and a switch for the first stage's cathode bypass cap. A single-ended, cathode-biased EL84 drives an 8-ohm speaker, with a variable negative-feedback control, a solid-state rectifier and a standby switch.

Schematic-derived preset files for the Neural DSP Quad Cortex and 16 Fractal and Line 6 modelers: Axe-Fx II/XL/XL+, Axe-Fx III, FM3, FM9, and the full Helix family (Floor, LT, Rack, HX Stomp, HX Stomp XL, Native).
Gridleak extracts amp parameters from original circuit schematics using AI vision — component values, gain staging, tone stack topology, tube types — then generates native preset files for every supported modeler. Every extraction is scored 0–100 and the score is published.
