The Rauland 1814 is a 1950 tube public-address amplifier, not a guitar amp. Two identical 6J7 pentode microphone preamps feed a 6SC7 mic mixer, while a 6SF5 handles the phono input, each input with its own 500K volume. A second 6SC7 works as the phase inverter for a push-pull pair of 6V6s into a multi-tap output transformer, with a 5Y3GT rectifier. Simple octal PA chassis like this are popular guitar-conversion projects.
