Rauland PA Model 1916 preset
Verified · 88/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The Rauland 1916 is a 1954 tube public-address amplifier, not a guitar amp. Two identical 6SJ7 pentode microphone preamps and a 6SQ7 phono preamp, each with its own volume, mix into a 6SC7 audio amplifier with a tone control. A second 6SC7 is the phase inverter for a push-pull pair of 6V6GTs into a multi-tap output transformer, with a 5Y3GT rectifier. Simple octal PA chassis like this are popular guitar-conversion projects.
