The Rikstone H30W is a small-builder EL84 head in the Vox AC30 mould. Its power section has a 12AX7 long-tail phase inverter with a 220K Cut control across the inverter outputs, driving four EL84s in cathode-biased push-pull with about 308 V on the plates, plus a High/Low power switch. The output transformer has 16 ohm and 8/16 ohm outputs. Only the power-amp sheet is on file, so the preamp is not shown.
