The SLO-Nakid 6L6 is Rob Robinette's simplified Soldano SLO: only the overdrive channel is kept, with the clean channel, effects loop and switching removed. Four 12AX7s (cascaded gain stages with a cold clipper, a tone-stack buffer and a long-tail phase inverter) drive two 6L6GC tubes, with OD gain, three-band EQ, OD master, presence and depth controls for SLO-style high-gain lead tone.
