The Silvertone 1481 is a three-tube practice amp. Two inputs through 68K mixing resistors feed a Volume control and both halves of a 12AX7 in cascade, then a Tone control at the grid of a single cathode-biased 6V6 running single-ended class A into an 8-ohm speaker, with no negative feedback. A 6X4 valve rectifies. Controls are Volume and Tone.
