Silvertone 1474 preset
verified · 90/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The Silvertone 1474 (chassis 185.10410) is Sears' big two-channel reverb amp. Each channel has two inputs, its own half of a 12AX7, and its own Treble, Bass and Volume. A valve-driven spring reverb with Reverb, Balance and Threshold controls, a 6CG7 phase inverter, and four 6L6Gs push-pull split across two output transformers, each feeding its own 8-ohm speaker. A 6AU6 provides tremolo with Strength, Speed and a footswitch; a 5U4GB rectifies, and there is a standby switch.
