Silvertone 1482 - Instrument preset
Verified · 90/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The Silvertone 1482 is a two-channel Sears combo. A single-input Mic channel and a two-input Instrument channel each use half of a 12AX7 with their own Tone and Volume. A second 12AX7 adds gain and a split-load phase inverter driving two cathode-biased 6V6GTs push-pull into a 1×12 8-ohm speaker. A 6AU6 oscillator modulates the output-stage bias for tremolo, with Speed, Intensity and a footswitch. A 6X4 valve rectifier supplies about 350 V.
