The Soldano Astroverb 16 is a single-channel EL84 combo with spring reverb. One input feeds a Gain control and a string of cascaded 12AX7 stages, then a cathode-follower-driven Treble, Bass and Middle stack and a Volume. A 12AX7 drives and recovers an Accutronics reverb tank with its own level control, and a 12AX7 long-tail inverter with Presence feeds two fixed-bias EL84s into a 16-ohm output. Despite its size it shares the high-gain cascade of Soldano's bigger amps.
