The Sound City L/B 100 (type M3234, drawing 100/2/15) is a 100-watt valve head made in England by Dallas Arbiter. Brilliant and Normal inputs each have their own ECC83 half and volume, mixed into a Treble/Middle/Bass stack with factory presets, a Presence control and a further ECC83 gain stage. An ECC81 long-tail phase inverter drives four EL34s in fixed bias from a bias winding, with a silicon-bridge supply, standby switch and 4/8/16-ohm plus 100 V line outputs. The Middle control is omitted on bass units.
