The Top Hat Emplexador is a Plexi-inspired head. A 12AX7 input stage feeds a volume with a bright switch, and a toggle can switch in an extra 12AX7 gain stage for more drive. The next stage and a cathode follower feed a Marshall-style treble/middle/bass stack and master, then a 12AX7 long-tail inverter with presence and negative feedback drives a fixed-bias pair of output pentodes, from a solid-state bridge rectifier at about 427 V.
