The TS-50 is a 50-watt solid-state Traynor guitar amp introduced in 1979. Normal and Low inputs feed a TL071 op-amp stage with gain, diode clipping and a boost switch, then active middle, treble and bass controls, a bright switch and a discrete transistor stage voiced to behave like a valve gain stage. An Accutronics spring reverb has its own level, and a master volume and line out feed a driver board with MJ15015 output transistors on ±35 V rails into 8 ohms.
