The U-1226 Lead is a two-channel Univox valve amp of 1971, built by Unicord. Each channel has Bright and Normal inputs, its own 12AX7 stage and volume, feeding a 12AX7 mixer and shared treble, bass and middle controls plus presence. A 6AN8 drives the spring reverb with a 12AX7 recovery stage and footswitch, a 12AX7 tremolo works through a 12AU7 bias modulator, and a 12AU7 phase inverter drives two fixed-bias 6L6GCs at around 665 V.

Schematic-derived preset files for the Neural DSP Quad Cortex and 16 Fractal and Line 6 modelers: Axe-Fx II/XL/XL+, Axe-Fx III, FM3, FM9, and the full Helix family (Floor, LT, Rack, HX Stomp, HX Stomp XL, Native).
Gridleak extracts amp parameters from original circuit schematics using AI vision — component values, gain staging, tone stack topology, tube types — then generates native preset files for every supported modeler. Every extraction is scored 0–100 and the score is published.
