The November is a DIY 18-watt-style EL84 head. One input splits into two 12AX7 stages, a bright one and a dark one, each with its own volume, which blend into a further gain stage and a cathode follower driving a treble/middle/bass stack and master volume. A preamp-out/power-amp-in loop follows. A 12AX7 long-tail inverter with switchable negative feedback and presence drives two EL84s with a cathode/fixed bias switch, from a 5Y3 rectifier with DC-elevated heaters.
